Attendance Component

Learn about the improvements for the Attendance Component in Program Management Module (version 1.29) in Summer '22.

• We updated the Attendance Component so you can track different fields for different services by assigning an attendance field set to each service.
• We added the ability to customize attendance statuses to fit your business needs by using buckets and updating the status after it’s been submitted.
• We added filters to make the list of participants more manageable. For example, you can filter out participants that have withdrawn or are waitlisted.
• We added the ability to sort the attendance list by participant’s first or last name.

Guidance Center

If you are a new Salesforce customer, look for Guidance Center to help you to understand how to get started with setting up your org, and to be sure that you have a successful Salesforce implementation. Guidance Center is an in-app hub for admins to access resources for common tasks. We have built specific guidance so that admins can get information on preparation, implementation best practices, and customization options.

Fixes and Other Enhancements

Review the fixes and minor enhancements in Program Management Module (version 1.29) in Summer '22.

• We made it so you can use the Recent Sessions and Bulk Service Delivery Tool components in Experience Cloud sites. Thank you Pedro Fernandez for the contribution.
• We added Attendance Field Set to the Service Object. This field allows you to specify which field set is used on the service session attendance component, based on the selection in the related Service. To use Attendance Field Set, give your users permission to view it and add it to page layouts.
• We created an Active bucket for Program Engagement statuses so you control which program engagements show up in the participant selector panel of Bulk Service Delivery and New Service Schedule.
