Use the Participant Profile page to gain insights into your participant’s details. Use field sets to view additional benefit-specific details while tracking their attendance. With the enhanced workflow to add participants to a benefit schedule, you can now easily distinguish participants added to a schedule versus participants added to individual sessions. Remove benefit participants from a benefit schedule with the new API.

Gain insights about a participant by using the new Participant Profile page, which can be accessed from an Account record. This page gives program managers a single place to view a participant's personal details, their upcoming and used benefit disbursements, interaction summaries, associated complaints and alerts, and more. - Track Additional Details for a Benefit Participant With Field Sets
Review benefit-specific additional details while tracking participant attendance by using custom fields in field sets on the Benefit Disbursement object. For example, if you’re running a counseling session, you can capture additional details such as participants' mental health, any prior experience of attending such workshops, and so on. - Distinguish Benefit Schedule Participants from Benefit Session Participants
Use Benefit Schedule Assignment records to identify participants added to a benefit schedule. Program managers, service providers, and volunteers can use this information to distinguish between participants added to a benefit schedule versus a benefit session and to better plan logistics for a schedule. - Remove Participants from Every Benefit Session on a Benefit Schedule at Once
You can now remove participants from future benefit sessions in a benefit schedule by using theRemove participants from scheduleAPI, and avoid the painstaking task of removing them individually from each benefit session. When you run the API, the participant's related Benefit Disbursement records are deleted, and the Benefit Schedule Assignment records are updated to indicate their participation end date for that benefit. - Expose Benefit Schedule Assignment to Experience Cloud Site Users
