Case Management for Nonprofit Cloud Release Notes

Create Dynamic Assessments for Account, Contact, and Case objects. Use guided flows to track attendance. Preview your Care Plan Template before you publish it and use the Care Plan Summary View to see everything in one place. Set up your referral flow using easily accessible components. Use the Merge UI flow to combine Party Relationship Groups and automatically update related records.

  • Use Dynamic Assessments with Accounts, Contacts, and Cases
Do more with dynamic assessments by creating them for accounts, contacts, and cases. For example, create an assessment for an individual or a group of individuals to determine whether they're eligible for a benefit or service.
  • Manage Benefit Schedules and Sessions and Track Disbursed Benefits with Guided Flows
Define and manage benefit schedules and sessions with ease using guided flows. See whether and how participants exercise the benefits that you provide to them by using schedules and sessions. Enroll individuals or groups of individuals into benefit sessions on a set schedule, and then track their attendance. For example, enroll parents of a household in weekly counseling sessions, and then measure their participation by tracking their attendance.
  • Set Up the Referral Intake Guided Flow Quickly with Prebuilt Components
Customize and activate prebuilt OmniStudio components to set up a guided flow for referral intake. Previously, you had to download an OmniStudio DataPack, deploy OmniStudio components in your Public Sector Solutions org, and then set up the guided flow.
  • Preview Your Care Plan Template and Use the Care Plan Summary View
Preview the structure of the care plan template before publishing so that you can see everything in place and make adjustments before it goes live. After publication, use the Care Plan Summary view to see all the parts of the care plan on one page.
  • Create and Merge Party Relationship Groups Using UI Flows with Ease
Save time when you create and merge party relationship groups. Using the New Group UI flow, case managers can group participants belonging to a collective unit, like a household, as members of a party relationship group, and specify member roles and relationships. They can also add related contacts, groups, and business accounts, and specify relationships with the group and its members. Using the Merge UI flow, case managers can combine two-party relationship groups and create a group having members, related contacts, and other related records from both the groups.
