Agentforce for Nonprofit Cloud Prerequisites

Get your Nonprofit Cloud org set up to implement Agentforce agents.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Nonprofit Cloud and Einstein for Nonprofits licenses enabled.
User Permissions Needed
To enable Agentforce:

Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type

OR

Customize Application
  1. Set up Nonprofit Cloud in your Salesforce org.
    Complete prerequisites for Nonprofit Cloud and turn on the features you want to use to manage fundraising, programs, case referrals, care plans, outcomes, and volunteers.
  2. Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
    Turn on Data Cloud, Einstein generative AI, the Einstein Trust Layer, and data collection for Agentforce and Generative AI.
  3. Turn on Agentforce.
    After you set up Einstein Generative AI, turn on Agentforce for your Salesforce org.
  4. Turn on AI settings for Nonprofit Cloud.
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Nonprofit, and then select AI Settings.
    2. Turn on Agentforce Employee Agents.
    3. Turn on Einstein Generative AI.
