Set up your Melissa Data SmartMover license for US or Canadian addresses. Similarly, set up your contract with Data8 for UK addresses.
Obtain and Set up a Melissa Data SmartMover License
To use National Change of Address features, purchase your own Melissa Data SmartMover license:
- Obtain a Smart Mover license by emailing NCOASalesForceActivation@MelissaData.com.
- You will receive a Melissa Data user ID.
- A Melissa Data representative will send you a Postal Acknowledgment Form to fill out and return.
Once you have your Melissa Data user ID, add it to Data Integrity:

From the App Launcher
, search for and click Data Integrity. -
Click the Settings tab.

Click Edit.

In the National Change of Address Provider section, enter your Melissa Data user ID into the license ID field.

Click Save.
Set up a Contract with Data8
To use National Change of Address features for addresses in the UK:

Set up your contract with Data8 by emailing clientservices@data-8.co.uk.

You will receive a Data8 Client ID, Client Secret, and a Workflow Name.
Once you have your Data8 credentials, add the information to Data Integrity:

From the App Launcher
, search for and click Data Integrity. -
Click the Settings tab.

Click Edit.

In the National Change of Address Provider section, enter the values for Data8 Client ID, Client Secret and Workflow Name.

Click Save.
