Prerequisites

Make sure you fulfill these requirements before you install Data Integrity.

You must have:

  • A Salesforce Enterprise or Unlimited edition org with a Sales Cloud or Sales and Service Cloud license, and NPSP version 3.175 or later installed.

  • My Domain enabled and deployed in your org.

  • A license for SFDO Insights Data Integrity with a current start date. You can install Data Integrity if the start date is in the future, but you won't be able to use the app until the date that the license is active. Conversely, if your license expires you'll receive an error message and jobs will not run.

  • A SFDO Insights Data Integrity Addon Contacts license for each additional 10,000 Contacts over the first set of 10,000 records.

What's Installed

When you install the Data Integrity manage package you get access to these tools and features.

  • Address standardization updates to ensure addresses meet global standards.

  • An active Matching Rule named Insights Platform Contact Matching Rule, and access to Duplicate Jobs to find duplicate Contacts.

  • National Change of Address (NCOA) updates to keep up with constituents who register a forwarding address. You'll need a Melissa Data SmartMover license for constituents in the U.S. and Canada, and a Data8 license for those in the UK.
