Update Person Account Page Layout in Nonprofit

Manage multiple addresses by using fields from the Contact Point Address object on the Person Account page layout.

Customize Application

Modify All Data

Fundraising_Admin permission set group
Note
Note Person accounts were not built to work with Nonprofit Success Pack and therefore, are not supported for use with NPSP. If Person Accounts are not already enabled in your org, don't enable them. Once you turn on Person Accounts in your organization, you can't turn the feature off. See NPSP and Person Accounts in NPSP FAQ.

Fields from the Contact Point Address Object

Manage multiple addresses by using fields from the Contact Point Address object on the Person Account page layout.

To use the seasonal, Is Primary, Is Undeliverable, standardization, and change address fields, add them to the Contact Point Address page layout. Then, in the Lightning App Builder, apply Contact Point Address as a related list to the Person Account page layout.

Make it easy to track donations by adding the Donor Giving Summary on the individual person account page.

  1. In the Philanthropy and Partnerships app, go to a person account page.
  2. Click Setup and select Edit Page.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. On the Org Default tab, click Assign as Org Default.
  6. Select either Desktop or Desktop and phone.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Save your work.
