Unless noted otherwise, the flows are active and in use in your org. To customize any of them, clone, make your changes, and then activate the cloned flow. For example, you can add custom fields to the screens in the gift commitment flows. After the flow is activated, create a quick action to launch your cloned flow.

Automate Gift Entry and Processing

Manage Gift Entries: Creates and updates a gift entry.
Process Gift Batch: Processes gift entries in a specified gift batch.
Process Gift Entries: Processes a gift entry and generates the entry's gift transaction, gift transaction designation, and gift soft credit records.

Automate Gift Commitment Processing

Close Gift Commitment: Updates the status of a gift commitment to Closed and updates the status of the associated gift transactions.
Coordinate Gift Commitment Processing: Runs batch jobs that update gift commitments based on associated gift commitment schedules and gift transactions. The Coordinate Gift Commitment Processing flow runs on a schedule that your Salesforce admin sets up.
Get Gift Commitments: Retrieves the active gift commitments for a donor or a gift commitment.
Manage Gift Commitment Schedule: Creates and updates recurring and custom gift commitment schedules.
Manage Gift Designations: Assigns gift designations to the associated gift commitment or gift transactions.
Process Gift Commitment: Processes a gift commitment associated with gift commitment schedules or gift transactions. Process Gift Commitment is triggered from the Coordinate Gift Commitment Processing flow that runs on a schedule your Salesforce admin sets up. To process gift commitments instantly, add a custom action to the commitment and associate the action with the Process Gift Commitment flow, or call the flow from a custom record-triggered flow.
Pause | Resume: Pauses a gift commitment schedule for a fixed period of time or indefinitely, and resumes a paused gift commitment schedule.
Update Recurring Schedule: Updates a recurring gift commitment schedule.

Prospect Research: Create Party Philanthropic Assessment Record: Creates a party philanthropic assessment record for philanthropic research.
Prospect Research: Create Party Philanthropic Milestone: Initiates a Data Processing Engine job to create a Party Philanthropic Milestone record based on the current date, fiscal year, and constituent role types passed into the flow. Sends an email to the flow user if the job fails.
Prospect Research: Create Party Philanthropic Research Profile: Creates a party philanthropic research profile and links it to a case for tracking.
Prospect Research: Create Research Request Case: Create a case record for a research request based on the flow user’s input.
Prospect Research: Get Interaction or Philanthropic Details: Gets interaction or philanthropic details for the prompt template that triggered the flow. Adds details of the interaction or philanthropic records to the prompt instructions.
Prospect Research: Promote Party Philanthropic Indicator to Party Philanthropic Occurrence: Creates a party philanthropic occurrence record if one doesn't already exist for the Party Philanthropic Indicator, and associates the indicator with the new occurrence.

Advancement: Create Gift Commitment Schedule: Populates gift commitment schedule fields with data from the contact profile based on the advancement type and the contact profile's most recent graduation date.
Advancement: Create Gift Soft Credit: Populates gift soft credit fields with data from the contact profile based on the advancement type and the contact profile's most recent graduation date.
