Automate the Recency, Frequency, and Monetary Value (RFM) score calculation DPE jobs by creating a flow that runs based on a specified date, time, and frequency.

| To create a scheduled-triggered flow for Fundraising: |
Customize Application AND Modify All Data AND Fundraising_Admin permission set group |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- Click New Flow.
- Select Start From Scratch and click Next.
- Select the Schedule-Triggered Flow template, and click Create.
- In the Start node, click Set Schedule, and specify the date, time, and frequency to run the flow.

Click Add Element (
) and select Action.
- In the Category section, select Data Processing Engine.
- In the Action field, select the RFM Score Calculation data processing engine definition.
- Enter a label and API name for the flow.
- Click Save.
- Enter a flow label, save your changes, and then activate the flow.
