Quickly add multiple gift entries that use the same set of fields by creating a gift
batch and process the collection of gift entries together. Every gift batch has an associated
template that defines a set of fields and their display order in a gift entry. Fundraising
provides a default template, and you can create customized templates to meet your unique gift
entry needs.

| To create a gift batch: |

- From the App Launcher (
), find and select Gift Batches.
- Click New.
- For Screen Template Name, keep the default selection or, if you have custom templates,
select the appropriate template.
- To perform the validation check during gift batch processing, specify values in Estimated
Gift Count and Estimated Batch Value, and then select Total Gift Value
Match.
- Save your changes.
After you create a gift batch, add gift entries to the gift batch to process them all at
once.
