With the Donor Task Management subagent, gift officers can use an agent to create follow-up tasks and reminders in Salesforce. To create tasks or reminders, the Donor Task Management subagent contains the Create a To-Do action. To update an existing task, the subagent uses the Extract Fields and Values From User Input action and the Update Record action.
Here are some examples of requests that a gift officer can use with the agent.
| Request Example | Result |
|---|---|
| Create tasks from the next steps and have them due on Monday | The agent creates the tasks that are related to the interaction that was previously discussed and that note the requested due date. |
| Create a new task to [task details] related to [donor] | The agent creates the task as described by the user and that is related to the donor mentioned in the request. |
