Use Student Insights From Non-Default Data Space

By default, Student Insights uses data from the default data space. If you have data in a custom data space, you must map the data space in Data 360 to the features in Education Cloud.

USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED  
To use Student Insights from non-default data space:

Education Cloud Full Access

AND

Data 360 Admin

AND

View Setup & Configuration

AND

Customize Application
  1. Get your Education Cloud org ready to use Data 360 by setting up Data 360.
  2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Set Up Education Cloud.
  3. Under Set Up the Basics, click Set Up Data Space Mapping.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select your data space and for the feature select Student Success.
  6. Save your changes.
