A learner's success team represents the full network of support staff involved in their journey. A team can include academic advisors, financial aid counselors, career coaches, wellbeing specialists, and other campus staff.
Because learner support often spans multiple domains, a learner can have multiple advising workspaces—such as academic, career, or wellbeing—each represented by its own case. Together, the people and teams connected across these workspaces form the learner's broader success team.
Within each advising workspace, support can come from:
- Assigned members—individual staff directly assigned to the learner's case.
- Assigned teams—specialized groups assigned to support the learner for a specific advising need.
- Support pools—teams of unassigned staff available to all learners for a particular advising category.
