- Create Competencies
A student's competencies are crucial for guiding their development. Students can track this progress in the portal throughout their academic journey, including competencies acquired through coursework, cocurricular and extracurricular activities, and off-campus experiences like internships and community service. - Create Person Competencies
Advisors create person competencies to understand each student's starting point, enabling more personalized guidance and support. Students can self-enroll for these competencies through the portal. When a student enrolls for an involvement group through the portal, the competencies related to the involvement group are shown. Students can then add these as interested or acquired competencies. Students can also create their own person competencies through the portal. - Create Person Traits
Create a list of a student’s traits in Education Cloud to reflect their current profile, such as strengths and opportunities. - Create Person Affinities
Create a list of student affinities in Education Cloud to reflect their past and current interests.
