Transfer credit processing lets learners submit prior coursework or other learning for evaluation toward program requirements. To support this process in Education Cloud, configure learner and staff access, the pages used to review applications, document and record types, and transfer credit utilization metrics.
- Configure Access and Sharing for Transfer Credits
Assign permission sets, update sharing settings, and grant staff and portal users access to transfer credit records and flows. - Configure Page Layouts and Record Pages for Transfer Credit Reviews
Add the buttons, fields, related lists, and tabs that staff use to review transfer credit applications and academic review requests. - Configure Transfer Credit Data and Record Types
Define transcript document types, picklist values, and record types for learning achievements, source accounts, and transfer credit cases. - Set Up Transfer Credit Support and Utilization Metrics
Create the support process and configure the utilization metrics that summarize inbound credits and their impact on requirement completion.
