Course Search presents up to 15 academic terms for your search. To help students and staff make degree completion plans based on historical course offering data, make past academic terms show up in Course Search by setting an end date that’s before today’s date. To make an upcoming academic term show up in Course Search and available for enrollment in Course Registration, set the record to active.
If necessary, create a course offering schedule for each course offering to show section days and times in Course Search. To make a section’s days and times appear in Course Search, use the recurrence pattern builder on each course offering schedule record. For example, set the course offering frequency to weekly and to repeat on Mondays and Wednesdays.
