When a prospective student applies to your institution, the application goes through a review and approval process that involves multiple reviewers with different review purposes. Education Cloud provides flow templates to automatically assign the individual application record to the person who's responsible for the next part of the review process.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Only users with the Education Cloud Objects and Components permission set can access this feature.
How: Create queues for your application review and decision processes. Next, copy and activate the flow templates. The status of an individual application record triggers each flow.
