The dashboard includes multiple charts that analyze the applicants, enrolled students, and faculty data.
Applicants
Get data-driven insights into the application data based on the selected department.
On the Applicants tab, you can:
- View key metrics such as total applications, acceptance rate, and admission rate to get insights into applicant data. You can view the application trends based on the selected metrics.
- View the pipeline chart that visually represents the applicant journey, showing the distribution across statuses such as enrolled, accepted, under review, and others.
- Analyze application data across learning programs and academic terms to identify the most and the least performing departments and learning programs based on the volume of applications.
- Get DEI insights on gender, race, and ethnicity among applicants across departments to enhance inclusivity in educational institutions and evaluate the institution's efficiency in attracting a diverse range of students.
Enrolled Students
Get a comprehensive overview of enrolled students. Customize data by applying the department and academic year filters.
On the Enrolled Students tab, you can:
- View key metrics such as total enrolled student count, average registered courses, learning achievements, average grades per term, and year-over-year percentage changes.
- View snapshots of the new enrollments and the enrolled students who are waiting to start the learning course, the count of total available learning courses and active learning courses, and the students who are waiting for enrollment.
- Use DEI Insights to ensure diversity in the enrolled students to create a more inclusive and representative learning environment.
Faculty
Get comprehensive insights into faculty performance and departmental analytics.
On the Faculty tab, you can:
- Filter the charts by department and academic term to view details such as total faculty count, average sections handled per faculty, enrollments, waitlists, and faculty section allocation status.
- Evaluate the performance of learning courses based on metrics such as application and enrollment counts and identify the principal faculty members linked with these learning courses.
- View the leading departments based on faculty count and get valuable information for effective academic planning and resource allocation.
