As an advisor, you can add a learner to the watchlist from their case record page. You can also add multiple learners to the watchlist at a time from the academic term enrollments list view page, or the cases list view page. The Watchlisted Learner object represents details of a learner’s addition to the watchlist. A watchlisted learner record is related to the advising case record type. You can escalate the record to indicate the priority or the need for expedited support. When you add learners to the watchlist, a Salesforce Chatter post is created that provides details, including the names of the learners that you can’t add. Also, learners on the watchlist have the “On Watchlist” tag on their profiles so advisors can identify them. The tag is visible only to the advisor who creates the specific watchlisted learner record.
To view learners on the watchlist, from the App Launcher, find and select Watchlisted Learners. To remove a learner from the watchlist, edit the watchlisted learner record to provide the preferred end date. View the watchlisted learner records as a related list on the learner’s case record page for the Student Success app.
