Because some inquiries are relatively general and some require more personalized attention, inquiry management screen flows cover a variety of scenarios.
-
The EDU Cloud: Inquiry: Sign Up for Information flow processes a student or prospect's request to receive regular updates and communications from your institution. Use the data collected in this flow to enroll a prospect in a Marketing Cloud journey, using Marketing Cloud Connect.
-
The EDU Cloud: Inquiry: Connect With Us flow connects prospects and students with your staff by creating a contact request record.
-
The EDU Cloud: Inquiry: Submit an Inquiry Form flow creates a case record and associates it with an educational info request when a student completes the form.
These subflows help consolidate the processes related to the screen flows.
