Generate Current Term Insights

Use Einstein Academic Insights to generate the current term insights on a student.

Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with with these enabled licenses and add-ons:

  • Education Cloud license
  • Agentforce for Education add-on license
  • Data 360 as part of an Agentforce add-on or as a standalone license

To generate academic and current term insights:

Education Cloud Full Access

AND

Data 360 User

AND

Einstein Copilot for Salesforce User

AND

Einstein for Education Cloud Access

AND

Einstein for Service Innovations

AND

Omnistudio User

AND

Prompt Template User
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
  2. Click any case record.
  3. Generate current term insights using Einstein.
    1. Go to the Engagement Panel component configured for current term insights.
    2. To accept the disclaimer and proceed, click Got It.
      Einstein analyzes and generates the insights.
    3. To regenerate the insights, click Generate.
    4. If needed, edit or copy the insights.
