Change the Dates of a Recurring Gift Commitment in Education

Change the start and end dates of a gift commitment schedule.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To change the dates of a recurring gift commitment:	Modified Education Cloud Full Access permission set

From the App Launcher (), find and select Gift Commitments.
Select the gift commitment that you want to change.
Click and then select Update Dates.
Select the schedule that you want to change.
Select the new dates.
Unpaid gift transactions with due dates that fall within the new effective dates are removed after the commitment is processed.
Optionally, enter an update reason.
Save your changes.
