Donor Support Agent in Education

Help donors pause, resume, close, or update the amount of their existing gift commitments with recurring schedules. In Agent Builder, configure an agent that uses the Manage Gift Commitments subagent to help donors manage their gift commitments in your Experience Cloud site.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available with: Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer Editions with an Agentforce or Einstein for Sales, Service, Platform, or Industry add-on license, where Fundraising is enabled. Requires each user to have the Agentforce or Einstein add-on to access the actions.

Note Beginning in April 2026, agent topics are now called subagents. There are no changes to functionality. During this transition, you may see a mix of the new and previous terms in our documentation.

With the Manage Gift Commitments subagent, donors can use an agent to manage their gift commitments. The Manage Gift Commitments subagent contains the Close Gift Commitment and the Manage Recurring Gift Commitment actions.
