User Permissions Needed
To integrate Philanthropic Research Topics in Agentforce with Slack:

Modified Education Cloud Full Access permission set

AND

Prompt Template Manager

AND

Agentforce Default Admin

Before you start, set up Philanthropic Research Topics in Agentforce.

  1. Connect Salesforce and Slack.
  2. Sign your Slack user into Salesforce from Slack.
    1. Sign in to your Slack workspace.
    2. From the sidebar, click Sign in to your Salesforce.
    3. Click Continue.
    4. Click Continue to Salesforce.
    5. Enter your admin login credentials.
    6. Click Login and then click Allow.
  3. Install the Slack connected app.
  4. Add the Philanthropic Research agent to Slack.
