Enable Shifts in Scheduling Policy

Education Cloud uses shifts from the staff's service territory to determine their available time slots.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To enable shifts for Education Cloud:	Education Cloud Full Access

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scheduling Policies, and then select Scheduling Policies.
2. Next to the policy to update, click Edit.
3. Select Use service territory member’s shift, and then save your changes.
