Use Einstein Advising Summary to generate advising case summaries that include details of a learner’s:
- Academic terms (current GPA, credits, enrollment)
- Case
- Case engagement (active alerts, open tasks, upcoming appointments, action plans, and care plans)
- Interaction summaries
- Support program enrollments and intake assessment responses
- Pulse check responses
You can review, edit, and save the summaries to view them as comments on the learner’s related case record.
The Einstein Advising Summary feature uses the Einstein Summary component with these resources from Education Cloud:
