Create Intake Assessment Questions with Einstein

Create intake assessment questions using Intelligent Question Generation with Einstein generative AI.

USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED
To create assessment questions by using Intelligent Question Generation:	Education Cloud Full Access AND Intelligent Question Generation Access AND OmniStudio Admin AND Prompt Template User

Note This tool uses generative AI, which can produce inaccurate or harmful responses. Review for accuracy and safety before using.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Questions.
2. Click Draft with Einstein Using Instructions.
3. Select a prompt template based on your requirement. For example, select Support Program Intake Questions to generate intake assessment questions for support programs.
4. For Object and Record, select the object and specify the record. For example, select Program, and then select Career Development to generate assessment questions relevant to the Career Development program.
5. Click Next.
6. If necessary, under Additional Instructions, enter the details of your assessment scenario. For example, enter career development for freshmen, interests, and goals to generate questions relevant to the Career Development program for freshmen.
7. Click Draft Questions.
8. Modify the questions and the response values as necessary, and then click Create.
   The selected assessment questions are saved.
9. On the Create Form page, create the assessment by using Omni Script.
