Create a Sharing Set for Applicants

Create a sharing set for the users who apply for themselves.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select Settings.
2. Under Sharing Sets, click New.
3. For Label, enter Applicant Portal Sharing Set.
4. Under Select Profiles, add your self-applicant profile to Selected Profiles.
5. Select the Account object.
6. In the Configure Access section, click Set Up.
7. Select these fields:

   • User: Account.PersonContact

   • Target Account: PersonContact

   • Access Level: Read/Write

8. Click Update.
9. Save your changes.
