Create a Care Plan Template

Create a care plan template with frequently used benefits and goals that can be reused to create care plans.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud
User Permissions Needed  
To create a care plan template: Education Cloud Full Access
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Student Success.
  2. On the advisor console, click the dropdown navigation menu, and select Care Plan Template.
  3. Click New, and then enter a name and description for the care plan template.
  4. Under Status, select Draft, and then save your changes.

In the Related list view of the new care plan template, add goal definitions and benefits, and assign the template to existing care plans. When you’re ready, set the care plan template status to active. To learn more, see Create a Care Plan Template.
