Create a Care Plan

Create a care plan to help the learner overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To create a care plan:	Education Cloud Full Access

1. From the App Launcher, find and select Student Success.
2. On the advisor console, click the dropdown navigation menu, and select Care Plans.
3. Click New, and then enter a name and description for the care plan.
4. Under Case, find and select the learner’s case to associate it with the care plan.
5. Under Status, select Draft.
6. Under Participant, find and select the learner’s person account.
7. Provide any other relevant details and save your changes.

You can now edit the new care plan to add goal definitions and benefits. When you’re ready, set the care plan status to active.
