Course Waitlists

Create waitlists to help students register for fully enrolled courses without constantly monitoring course availability. Add waitlists to popular courses. Configure and manage students’ enrollment priority and timing, and use prebuilt flows to send enrollment offers to students on a waitlist.

Students can join a waitlist in the Course Search and Registration portal if they meet eligibility criteria. A student can monitor the waitlist status and their own position on each waitlist. They receive a notification when a seat becomes available. They can accept an enrollment offer, decline it, or remove themselves from a waitlist.

Prerequisites for Course Waitlist Management
To offer waitlists for course sections in the Course Search and Registration portal, set up Course Search and Registration.
