Configure Transfer Credit Agent Flows

To give unauthenticated guest users access to the Transfer Credit Agent, clone and modify the EDU Admissions: Process Person Account and EDU Admissions: Create Prior Learning Evaluation flows.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Education Cloud and the applicable Agentforce add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To configure flows:

Education Cloud Full Access

AND

Manage Flow

Clone the EDU Admissions: Process Person Account Flow

  1. From Setup, find and select Flows.
  2. Select EDU Admissions: Process Person Account.
  3. Click Save As New Flow.
  4. Enter a label and API name.
  5. Click Show Advanced.
  6. From How to Run the Flow, select System Context Without Sharing - Access All Data.
  7. Save and activate the flow.

Clone and Modify the EDU Admissions: Create Prior Learning Evaluation Flow

  1. From Setup, find and select Flows.
  2. Select EDU Admissions: Create Prior Learning Evaluation.
  3. Click Save As New Flow.
  4. Enter a label and API name.
  5. Click Show Advanced.
  6. From How to Run the Flow, select System Context Without Sharing - Access All Data.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. From the toolbox, select DefaultUserOwnerId.
  9. For Value, enter the system admin user ID.
  10. Click Done.
  11. Replace the Process Person Account subflow element.
    1. After the Process Person Account element, click Add element, and then select Subflow.
    2. Select your cloned version of the EDU Admissions: Process Person Account subflow.
    3. Enter a label and API name.
    4. Turn on incomingPersonAccount, and then enter {!PersonAccountDetails}.
    5. Update the remaining elements in your flow to reference the new subflow element.
    6. Delete the original Process Person Account subflow element.
  12. Save and activate your flow.
