Set Permissions and Make Objects Available to Users

Grant users access to Campus and Program Finder on your Experience Cloud site.

User Permissions Needed
To configure permissions and assign permission sets:	Education Cloud Full Access

Update the default external and internal access for the Educational Institution Searchable Profile object to Public Read Only.
The default external access sharing setting applies to site users with a Customer Community Plus license.
Assign an Education Cloud permission set to Experience Cloud site guest users.
1. For the Educational Institution Searchable Profile object, give guest users read access to all the fields.
2. In the cloned copy of the Education Cloud Guest Access permission set, select these System Permissions: Access Education Cloud as Guest and Use Criteria-Based Search and Filter for Experience Cloud.
Make your Campus and Program Finder page publicly available.
1. Turn on Public Access to your page.
  Turn on public access in your site settings so that unauthenticated users can see and interact with Campus and Program Finder.
2. Publish your site.
