Inbound Referrals

Use Inbound Referrals to track clients who have been referred to your organization.

Clients come to your organization seeking your services in a variety of ways. Some are referred by other service providers, some may call your call center, others might complete a form online. If your organization wants to track clients that have been referred, use Inbound Referrals. Inbound Referrals are a record type on the Case object.
