Configure Goal and Action Item Templates

Add Fields to Goal Template and Action Item Template Page Layouts

If you started using Case Management prior to the Summer '21 release (7/13/21), add these fields to your page layouts.

Add these fields to your page layouts if you started using Case Management prior to the Summer '21 release (7/13/21):

Object	Fields to Add
Goal Template	Case Plan Action Item Instructions Field Set Required
Action Item Template	Field Set
Goal Action Item Template	Required

To add fields to page layouts:

1. In Setup, click the Object Manager tab.

2. Click Goal Template.

3. Click Page Layouts.

4. Click Goal Template Layout.

5. Drag these fields on to the page layout:

   • Case Plan Action Item Instructions

   • Field Set

   • Required

6. Click Save.

7. Repeat these steps for the fields on the other page layouts.
