Copy data from your source CRM objects' fields to custom fields on the Transaction Journal object, and choose whether to retain or update the copied value when your source data changes.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Accounting Subledger license is enabled, with Data Pipelines turned on and at least one active user with the Data Pipelines Base User permission assigned.
Who: Only Salesforce admins with the Manage Accounting Subledger permission set can access this feature.
How: Create and add custom fields to the Transaction Journal object and to its page layout. Map source fields to those custom fields by creating accounting field mappings on an accounting set. If you’re editing an existing accounting set, deactivate it first.
