Add Accounting Subledger Users

Set up profiles and users to represent your users.

User Permissions Needed
To create users:	Manage Internal Users

Accounting Subledger users usually fall into one of these categories, although you can categorize your users differently.

Salesforce Admins: Require edit access to create and update data for tasks such as managing accounting sets or configuring Accounting Subledger.
Accounting Managers: Require read-only access to review data such as the transaction journal records that admins generate.

After you determine the types of users that you need, create them in Setup with the Salesforce or Salesforce Platform user license.
