Admissions Connect Apex Class Descriptions

Use these descriptions of the Apex classes managed by Table-Driven Trigger Management (TDTM) in Admissions Connect to inform your decisions when using TDTM.

Object	Class Name	Description
ActionPlan	ActionPlanRequiredItems_TDTM	When the fields Completed Required Items or Total Required Items on an Action Plan are updated, this class recalculates the Checklist Completion field on an Application. If the Action Plan is not associated with an Application, nothing happens.
Application_Material_Mapping__c	ApplicationMaterialMappingValidate_TDTM	This class provides validation for Application Material Mapping records. An Action Plan Template or an Action Plan Template Item must be specified, but not both. If the Action Plan Template Item is a Task, an Application Material Type must be specified. If the Action Plan Template Item isn’t a Task or if the mapping record is configuring an Action Plan Template, an Application Material Type can’t be specified.
Application_Material_Type__c	ApplicationMaterialTypeValidation_TDTM	This class ensures that Application Material Type records are valid.
Application_Review__c	ApplicationReviewEnd_TDTM	This class ensures the integrity of the Review End Date field for Application Reviews. The field value can’t be set if: A user hasn’t made an Admissions Recommendation selection A user tries to submit with an Admissions Recommendation using a default value A user tries to manually update the date to something in the future
Application_Review__c	ApplicationReviewPreventUpdate_TDTM	This class prevents the Admissions Recommendation and Review End Date field from changing on Application Reviews after the Submitted checkbox is selected.
Application_Review__c	ApplicationReviewQueues_TDTM	This class ensures a Queue can’t be assigned more Application Reviews than there are members in the Queue.
Application_Review__c	ApplicationReviewRollupToApp_TDTM	This class counts the number of Application Reviews assigned to an Application and populates the Assigned Reviews Count field with this number. The count is also used in the Assigned Reviews field, which provides a link to manage those reviews.
Application_Review__c	ApplicationReviewSingle_TDTM	A user can’t review the same Application more than once. This class prevents a user from being assigned as a reviewer if they already have an Application Review record for that Application.
ContentDocumentLink	ContentDocumentLink_TDTM	Relates Content Document records to Document Checklist Items using Document Type Mapping custom metadata records. If a Content Version record has a Description that matches a Document Type and its related Content Document Link points to an Application, the Content Document Link is updated to point to a Document Checklist Item instead.
ContentVersion	ContentVersionChangeEvent_TDTM	After a new Content Version record for a Document Checklist Item is created, a Record_Change_Event__e event is published with the ID of the associated Document Checklist Item. This ID is stored in the Document_Checklist_Item_Id__c field of the platform event. The Admissions Connect Components component listens to this event and refreshes the Document Checklist Item record if there’s an event with a matching ID.
DocumentChecklistItem	DocumentChecklistItemApplicant_TDTM	For Document Checklist Items, when the File Pertains To field is blank and the Original Parent Record points to an Application record, this class populates the File Pertains To field with an applicant’s name.
DocumentChecklistItem	DocumentChecklistItemCompletion_TDTM	When the Status field is updated on a Document Checklist Item record and the Original Parent Record is an Application, this class recalculates the Checklist Completion field on the associated Application.
Task	TaskApplicant_TDTM	For Tasks, when the Name field is blank and the Related To field points to an Application record, this class populates the Name field on Tasks with the applicant’s name.
