Activate the Intraday Management dashboard and real-time adherence.
Required Editions
- From Setup, enter Workforce Engagement in the Quick Find box, then select Workforce Engagement.
- Turn on the Turn on Workforce Management toggle.
- Select Turn on Workforce Engagement and Show historical adherence metrics.
- In the Install Apps section, click Manage App next to Install the Workforce Engagement Management app to install or manage the analytics app for workforce dashboards and reports.
