# Enable Intraday Management and Real-Time Adherence

Activate the Intraday Management dashboard and real-time adherence.

### Required Editions

1. From **Setup**, enter Workforce Engagement in the **Quick Find** box, then select **Workforce Engagement**.
2. Turn on the **Turn on Workforce Management** toggle.
3. Select **Turn on Workforce Engagement** and **Show historical adherence metrics**.
4. In the **Install Apps** section, click **Manage App** next to **Install the Workforce Engagement Management app** to install or manage the analytics app for workforce dashboards and reports.
