| To set up territory sharing: | Workforce Scheduling Admin |
Territory sharing serves the people who see a whole territory's work, not only their own—dispatchers, supervisors, and anyone covering for someone else.
Workforce Scheduling creates and maintains a public group for each territory, so you don't build sharing rules manually, and you don't update them when someone joins or leaves a territory.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Workforce Scheduling, and then select Sharing.
- Click the Territory Management Sharing tab and enable Territory Sharing.
- Under What to Share, select the objects to share with users. For example, service appointments and service resources.
- Click Save Changes.
