Territory sharing serves the people who see a whole territory's work, not only their own—dispatchers, supervisors, and anyone covering for someone else.

Workforce Scheduling creates and maintains a public group for each territory, so you don't build sharing rules manually, and you don't update them when someone joins or leaves a territory.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Workforce Scheduling, and then select **Sharing**.
2. Click the **Territory Management Sharing** tab and enable **Territory Sharing**.
3. Under What to Share, select the objects to share with users. For example, service appointments and service resources.
4. Click **Save Changes**.
