Workforce Scheduling schedules appointments through one scheduling flow that covers both on-site work at your branches and field work at the customer's location. Your team schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments from the record that the work belongs to, such as a case or an application form. Customers can also book their own appointments on an Experience Cloud site, either as a guest or after they sign in.
- Schedule, Reschedule and Unschedule Appointments
Workforce Scheduling offers multiple ways to assign, adjust, and remove appointments from the Operations Console, record pages, and scheduling flows. - Schedule Appointments by Priority in Workforce Scheduling
Assign priorities to service appointments so urgent work is scheduled first, even if no time slot is available. Workforce Scheduling drops lower- or equal-priority appointments to make room when the schedule is full. - Service Appointments, Visits, and Interactions in Workforce Scheduling
Workforce Scheduling schedules work as Service Appointment, Visit, or Interaction records (objects). The record type reflects the type of work and where it happens. It determines which record you interact with directly. - How On-Site and Field Scheduling Coexist in Workforce Scheduling
Manage on-site and field appointments in Workforce Scheduling through one unified data model, Operations Console, and scheduling engine. - Unified Appointment Scheduling Flows
Learn how Workforce Scheduling supports both on-site and field appointments in a single unified scheduling flow. - Schedule On-Site Appointments on an Experience Cloud Site
Customers, partners, and prospects can schedule a meeting with service resources.
