Workforce Scheduling schedules appointments through one scheduling flow that covers both on-site work at your branches and field work at the customer's location. Your team schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments from the record that the work belongs to, such as a case or an application form. Customers can also book their own appointments on an Experience Cloud site, either as a guest or after they sign in.
