Customers start on the Experience Cloud site where you added the scheduling flows. The first step of the flow asks whether the customer is a guest or an existing customer, so the same flow serves both unauthenticated guests and signed-in customers.

Specify whether you're a guest or an existing customer.
- Guest: specify your details.
- Existing customer: enter your details to log in.
- Navigate to My Appointments.
- Click Schedule a New Appointment.
- Select On-site.
- Search for and select a branch.
- Select a date and time.
- Confirm the appointment.
