Customers start on the Experience Cloud site where you added the scheduling flows. The first step of the flow asks whether the customer is a guest or an existing customer, so the same flow serves both unauthenticated guests and signed-in customers.

1. Specify whether you're a guest or an existing customer.
    - Guest: specify your details.
    - Existing customer: enter your details to log in.
2. Navigate to **My Appointments**.
3. Click **Schedule a New Appointment**.
4. Select **On-site**.
5. Search for and select a branch.
6. Select a date and time.
7. Confirm the appointment.
