Contact Center v22.1
Contact center version 22.1 is available from October 5, 2026.
This version includes these changes.
| Change | Applicable Telephony Models |
|---|---|
| Introduced the JwtTokenRotatorFunction Lambda function to support authentication for Real-Time streaming for Agentforce Voice on Amazon Connect. The Lambda stores a dedicated JSON Web Token (JWT) in AWS Secrets Manager and rotates it every 55 minutes. The JWT secret is protected with a customer-managed KMS key scoped to your Amazon Connect instance. Each token is valid for 60 minutes. |
|
| Added a CloudFormation stack that can be manually deployed to enable the JWT rotation capability for customers managing their own Amazon Connect instance. |
