Install the C360 Semantic Model for Service Insights

The C360 semantic data model (SDM) is a unified semantic model that serves as a central foundation to define and manage metrics derived from standard Salesforce objects. It defines the relationships between Service Insights objects.

User Permissions Needed
To manage Data 360:	Data Cloud Architect
To manage Service Insights:	Tableau Included App Manager permission set
To use Service Insights:	Tableau Next Limited Consumer OR Tableau Next Included App Business User

From the Setup menu, go to Apps > Intelligent Apps > C360 Semantic Model.
From the C360 Semantic Model setup page, click Install and allow some time for the components to install.
To verify the install, go to Data Cloud > Semantic Layer and look for the C360 Semantic Model.
