# Install the C360 Semantic Model for Service Insights

The C360 semantic data model (SDM) is a unified semantic model that serves as a central foundation to define and manage metrics derived from standard Salesforce objects. It defines the relationships between Service Insights objects.

### Required Editions

1. From the Setup menu, go to **Apps** > **Intelligent Apps** \> **C360 Semantic Model**.
2. From the C360 Semantic Model setup page, click **Install** and allow some time for the components to install.
3. To verify the install, go to **Data Cloud** > **Semantic Layer** and look for the C360 Semantic Model.
