First, install the Service data kit.

Important If you have installed the Service data kit, upgrade or reinstall it to
make sure that it’s up to date. Upgrading the data kit is necessary to access the latest
enhancements to Service AI Adoption and Analytics.
- In Data Cloud, click the gear icon and then select Data Cloud Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, find and select Salesforce CRM.
- Find the Service bundle, and click the action menu on the right and select Install.
- In the Package Install flow, follow the standard process for installing a package. For more information, see Installing Packages.
- To upgrade the Service data kit, go to the Service bundle, click the action menu on the right, and select Upgrade.
To view the data kit details, go to Data Cloud Setup. Under Developer Tools, select Data Kits and click ServiceDK.
